We ended up going to Barrie Ford as Trillium Ford let us down. I will write a review on them as well. So after getting the run around we went to Barrie Ford. I was fortunate enough to have Jennifer Mann as down. I will write a review on them as well. So after getting the run around we went to Barrie Ford. I was fortunate enough to have Jennifer Mann as my service advisor. First point of contact was amazing. Jennifer was busy but greeted me with professionalism and explained the timelines that this repair would take. Things did not go as planned. The part that was delivered was damaged and she kept me in loop with the extended timelines and who could possibly be available as a contact person if the car in question could take a bit longer to repair. She careful explained hours of operation, the procedure for absentee payment and promised to call me back before she left for the day. Which she did. She explained that the car in for repair would be a bit longer but she would arrange delivery and call me for payment in the morning. Again she followed up and made the experience seamless with as little pain as possible. Upon delivery, surprise, Jennifer delivered our car. Again amazing full circle service! It is worth noting that Barrie Ford and Jennifer stepped up as it pertains to this vehicle and Ford Approved Warranty that was passed it's kms.
