Dear Rahul, I am very sorry that your experience with our Sales department has been negative. We take customer satisfaction seriously, and the situation that you experienced to be very un common. In saying that, i agree that some mistakes were made, and the communication was sub par. I personally purchased this vehicle, and drove it when it arrived, along with my Service Manager. At that time, there were no problems, specifically with the brake rotors and pulsation. We did have various test drives with both customers and sales staff, with no complaint of this. When the vehicle returned from Nissan, Brendan asked one of our techs to test drive the vehicle for any pulsation, and the tech said there was some. When i heard of this pulsation, when braking, i personally test drove the vehicle with our Service Manager, and did experience a minor shake from the rotors. At that point a decision had to be made, if it was risky having you come out from Alberta or not. To put more money into this vehicle or not. It is DEFINATELY NOT a case of dishonesty, but poor communication on our part. With you having to drive all the way out, and then have a Inter provincial inspection, we thought it best to refund your deposit, and wholesale the vehicle. This was simply our choice that we made. We are NOT a dishonest dealership, and take great pride in consistantly receiving positive reviews, and awards for customer satisfaction. In saying that, I sincerely apologize for the time you wasted, and the experience that you had. I appreciate your frustration and we will use this as a learning tool for future transactions. Bannister Honda And exactly why the vehicle hasn't been yet pulled off advertising website after 4 days of supposed problem discovery ..... Still waiting for an unsuspecting customer to walk in to purchase it. You just proved my point. I am glad I saw this from 700 km away. Please don't try to be good. Just be good.
