We take great pride in customer satisfaction, hence our ranking of the #1 Honda Dealership in BC for Customer Satisfaction. My Service department did miss the burnt out brake light bulb, and for this i apologize. I tried to make this right, by offering to drive out to your house and personally replace it at no charge, but your wife did not accept. I agree with your statement of it should be common practice to look into it and correct the situation. The offer is still open, as i would be more than happy to try and correct this. I think you missed the point . Fixing a burnt out bulb is easy. I can see missing it once on the vehicle assessment ,but 3 times indicates a potential flaw in your protocol. Our intention was to let Bannister Honda know that our expectations are higher than the current service we are receiving. The fact that you saw it as a customer trying to get a free brake light repair says a lot.
