Most of the people talked about how i will pay & etc. But Jason showed me the car first took me for test drive informed me about the car & then asked me about the payment n all. And then Udai he handled the paper work & mortgage part again he was not pushy at all & tried to get me the best rate possible. I would say they are the real assets of the company. 1)Passed around to 3 people on the phone to book my appt that then got discounted. 2 i was quoted and signed for $145 an hour but upon picking my vehicle up, there was an additional $15 "shop fee" with n that then got discounted. 2 i was quoted and signed for $145 an hour but upon picking my vehicle up, there was an additional $15 "shop fee" with no mention of it and when i asked what it was, and why i wasnt informed about it, the lady couldnt tell me what it was really for and just shrugged it off and said all shops do it . That one hour ended up coating $179 3)it was a one hour service and I didn't have my car back for 4 hours. 4)Was given 2 quotes , that varied greatly. They suggested it was likely going to be the higher of the two but wasn't give the most reasonable option. They didn't even offer it. More

The technicians could not replace the timing belt, because this vehicle has a timing chain, which never needs replacing. More
