Friendly Dealership My husband and I took our Honda Pilot into Banister Honda for its service yesterday, we are driving to Arizona next week so wanted to make sure the ca My husband and I took our Honda Pilot into Banister Honda for its service yesterday, we are driving to Arizona next week so wanted to make sure the car would not give us any problems on our journey, we were met by Tammy who although very efficient still takes the time to greet you and ask if you have concerns, she set us up with a drive into town, and within half an hour we received a phone call detailing what needed repairing on the vehicle. We were advised to replace our tires which we were hoping was not going to be the case, but Tammy helped us pick a tire within our budget with the best rating. We were picked up once the vehicle was ready, it had been cleaned and was sitting right outside the door waiting for us. Overall we were happy with our experience at Banister Honda and would recommend the dealership to others. Ray and Pat Marks More

Best dealership experience we've ever had With our growing family (surprise twins!) we were left begrudgingly deciding to trade in the beloved Harley Davidson F-150 to get a van. We spent hours scouring the internet for dealerships all over the Okanagan and even the coast, without a doubt Bannister had the fairest prices and nicest selection. We were even more pleasantly surprised at the great service when we went to look. We weren't intending on buying that day and had the two young kids with us. Jason was a great help with the vehicle and the kids! All around the experience was great and we are happy with our van, Jason accommodated all our needs and took a good deal of time with us making sure we were happy.
