Not only was it 'the extra Mile', it was an extra Time Zone! We have been a Honda family for years and service with our local Honda dealership. We recently relocated to the Shuswap and our closest dealership is Bannister Honda in Vernon. We brought our 2006 Ridgeline in for service and have never been this impressed with service anywhere! Starting with a friendly smile at the counter to the hometown family sociability from the Service Manager , George. Not only did the service dept. go the extra mile, it was a different Time Zone! They repaired "ALL" the noises, even those we did not ask them to. Our rear wheel bearing was tired and noisy, but our engine heat shield was a very loud fracas! Noises, no longer! It's like a new vehicle..quiet and dependable all over again. They washed the exterior and cleaned the interior, now that is service above and beyond. To top it all off, they placed little "H"'s on the driver's and passenger's door to accentuate the pin stripping. AND it was less $$ than what we were originally quoted! WOW! How can you ever exceed that service? In this day and age it is hard to find this level of service and we extol you "ALL" at Bannister Honda! More
