Not off to the best start with Service I booked my service on-line. I didn't get any reminders of my appointment before the scheduled service . I waited for the basic oil change to be com I booked my service on-line. I didn't get any reminders of my appointment before the scheduled service . I waited for the basic oil change to be completed in the service lounge, however, when the service was completed, the service advisor called out a different customer's name. All the information Bannister Honda had on file for me (name, address, contact information) belonged to another customer. Even the information on my invoice appears to be for another customer. I am hesitant to return in fear of my records being confused with someone else. There seems to be a major computer glich that needs to be remedied. The service I received from Andree was good. More

Excellent as always Tammy is very helpful and prompt to check in my car and get my granddaughter and I into the shuttle and off to do some shopping. The shuttle driver wa Tammy is very helpful and prompt to check in my car and get my granddaughter and I into the shuttle and off to do some shopping. The shuttle driver was very nice and there was a booster seat for Jazzlyn we were picked up right at the time we arranged. Car was ready when we returned and Tammy explained the service, I paid the bill and we were on our way at the time I was told Yahoo!!! My 2011 Honda Accord is my fourth new Honda, and as I am 71 I think there will be one more. Liked the shuttle very much. Thank you Elizabeth More

Recall part replaced It was nice to have a shuttle service and the driver was really friendly. There was a front desk staff person in the Service department that was talki It was nice to have a shuttle service and the driver was really friendly. There was a front desk staff person in the Service department that was talking about other employees in a negative way that I didn't care to hear. It was also really nice to have my car washed! Although it took an extra half hour of waiting. When I was leaving, the ebrake in my car was pulled so hard I had to go back inside and ask for help. More
