Maintenance I dropped my HRV off at the dealer for its regular service and to get my tires changed. I have been in to deal with some minor recall work a couple months ago, and service was excellent. The staff at that time was very attentive and showed a genuine care to Mike sure my needs were met. This service was optimal as well, from start to finish. I booked it online during the Easter weekend, and brought in on the Monday morning at the scheduled time. The service was completed promptly, and I was also able to easily arrange for a highly sought after accessory installation in a follow up appointment. The only thing that would have made easier is if the truck drove there itself, but then I wouldn't have been able to experience all the smiles and happy greetings. Well done. More
