The staff are great at Bannister Honda. The products are the best. My service cost exactly what I was quoted. The only thing I didn't enjoy as much this time was the renovations. The waiting area was much nicer before the new renovations. The waiting room chairs don't face the TV and they are extremely uncomfortable. I realize this was probably Honda Canada's renovation requirements, but maybe you could pass it on to them that those chairs are not good even though they are "new style". This is our 2nd CR-V we were pleased with it. After sales service was great. So when we were offered a newer even prettier version of the same car, and a deal we liked. We couldn't refuse.
