This was my first visit to the dealership to have my Odyssey serviced. The staff (Patricia) were very friendly and coped as best they could with the Covid related restrictions. My online booking did not fully enter the staff's appointment schedule, delaying my sign in and service. In the future I will phone in for an appointment and avoid the website. Last week, I had my summer tires removed and winter tires installed.My appt. was for 1 pm. Since making the appt. , I had found out that I needed to be on child pick up duty at my grandchildren's school by 2 installed.My appt. was for 1 pm. Since making the appt. , I had found out that I needed to be on child pick up duty at my grandchildren's school by 2:30. I told Jack this upon my checkin, and he ensured me that he would personally ensure that I was in and out on time. The tire changeover was completed in about 35 minutes, and I was on my way.
