My wife bought a compass here, then 5 to 6 months later i bought a compass here to, both used. My wife is happy with her Jeep. Went for a drive came back and now its 25,000. (Whatever) Bought it with the start/stop system light on, Kevan said it was because it has been sitting and the battery is probably dead. Went into service 3 times before it was fixed.. All together over 18 months my Compass has been in the shop 7 times. Went into talk about it and I was passed down to finance and the lady told me (in a very round about way) to be smarter, asked about a no charge extended warrenty. Kevan said no, that will cost 2000 bucks. Not even an offer of 250 off. Yea well my 20 thousand dollar car i paid 25 thousand for is messed up. Oh well got the blow off. Sent email asked to talk to Shane o'connor. Had a great conversation with him, he made me feel herd and said come in we will give good trade-in value and low profit on a vehicle you choose. Great my issue is going to be resolved... Now to Kevan and Brad.. The used service fleet vehicle i was looking at they wanted 37,999. Said they would give me 14,000 for my trade in, But on the paperwork they gave me "3 offers" with only "less trade" on it so if i would of signed they would of just taken my trade-in with no credit towards the new loan/buy. A total car salesman trick be very careful. This is just my experience! More

We started our transaction with Kevan and he was not your typical sales man. He listened to what we were looking for and totally delivered. When I came back to finalize the purchase he was working with anoth typical sales man. He listened to what we were looking for and totally delivered. As a woman making my first solo vehicle purchase I was not made to feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of. They listened to my requests and made it happen. Jen in financing worked the numbers and and it all worked out in the end. There was a small hiccup with one of the tires on my new jeep (a slow leak) but it was adressed and replaced right away at no cost to me.
