Sadly my truck broke and needed a new engine. The service department were very helpful in trying to expedite the situation as quickly as possible. After I decided to trade in my truck and get a new one Ebony in Sales took my “tick boxes” and within a short period of time came through with what I wanted. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and came back with the answers, she was pleasant, down to earth and not ever pushy like I have experienced before with other dealerships. Honestly you are very lucky to have Ebony on your team. I am also grateful to your finance team, Richard, who walked me through every detail and made the whole process seamless. Thank you everyone.
