Amazing First time buyer experience. I first started my search online and quickly got in touch with Sam who was very aware of how busy I was with being a hockey mom of 2 young boys and al I first started my search online and quickly got in touch with Sam who was very aware of how busy I was with being a hockey mom of 2 young boys and also working full time. Sam quickly made it easier to stay in touch by communicating via text which makes my life so much easier when I am on the go and can't always get to the phone on time or at all. That truly means a lot to someone who desperately needed a more family oriented vehicle ASAP but I had very little free time. When I was finally able to find a morning away from the rink I went in and we started making the deal. Not only was it very relaxed and laid back but it was light and entertaining which made this first time experience easy for me. We eventually came to a price that we were both happy with which included all the features I needed and most of the features that I wanted. We managed to get all the paperwork completed in a very short period of time beforw I had to head to my sons hockey game. Sam kept in touch in the couple days when I was waiting to be able to find time to pick the vehicle up and he ensured that I was happy with the service and was getting everything I wanted. The day I picked my vehicle up he met me at the door with open arms. He spent alot of time going through the features and safety of the vehicle. He then gave me a tour of the service department and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend Sam AND mitsubishi for all your your vehicle buying needs!! More

Worst experience of my life I don't get paid to fake reviews, here is a real review!!! I actually give it 0 stars for Sales and 1 star for Service. Used car salesman would have more honor than these guys. I'm not sure if the service guys could fix a bicycle let alone a car. My Outlander was terrible. Very Noisy, Terrible paint, Terrible radio/backup camera screen, Terrible door locking mechanism. And yes it's ugly inside and out but my girlfriend really liked the fact that it had a third row of seats. It's got NO RESALE VALUE, so yes I lost thousands and thousands of dollars but it was better than losing my mind. More

Outlander 2016 - Dealer only concern is sales Sam our sales rep went out of his way to find my vehicle of choice in my desired colour. He was attentive to my preferences and choices as well as very polite, knowledgeable and experienced. He also gave us detailed instructions about the vehicle at time of pickup. I was however left feeling less than valued as a customer when it came to dealer promotions. From our first visit to inquire about the outlander to the last when we picked up our new vehicle, Promotions were posted all over the dealership yet we were informed that promotions were expired. I CALL THAT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Then 2 weeks after the delivery of our new vehicle, we were hearing about new promotions.... I called to inquire and my call was never returned as promised by the customer service rep.. I guess only profit matter to these people.... I will never be back to this dealer to purchase future vehicles and I do not recommend anyone visit this dealer ship. More
