Ivan and Paolo were very helpful, courteous, and friendly throughout the experience as well shared in my frustrations. These guys did everything they could to solve the problems I was having with the vehicle, and despite my frustration, they kept smiling. At the end of it all, it all worked out, and I am pleased overall with the experience. Its a shame that I couldnt end up with the vehicle I wanted, but the way the dealership has treated me,(Ivan, Paolo, and Moe, specifically) has actually changed my overall view on car dealers.....in a good way.
