I went into the dealership with my husband to look at a new car and as soon as my husband said it was for me, Sam shifted all his attention to my needs and didn't direct them to my husband. Sam was very friendly went out of his was to help me get what I wanted. He takes pride in his work and it shows. His attention to detail is amazing and he works hard to make sure you understand everything about your new car, walking you through it step by step and answering any questions along the way. Loved the friendliness of the dealership and everyone there, They make you feel welcome and part of a family. I know they probably do this with everyone but bringing me to the garage to see my new car parked there all shiny and new with a big red bow was the icing on the cake. Thanks Sam you made my day!!! Went the extra mile! I recently purchased a Mirage at Bank Street Mitsubishi. Sam, my sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the car and its various features. We I recently purchased a Mirage at Bank Street Mitsubishi. Sam, my sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the car and its various features. We went on a test drive on roads that demonstrated the car's unique features. All of this information helped me determine that the Mirage was the right car for me. He really went the extra mile by doing two more things; he helped me get out of my current car, and added accessories that fit my lifestyle. Sam took the time to ask about how I was going to sell my current car. When I said that I was probably going to lose money by selling it on an open auction, he offered to buy it from me so that I broke even. Also, he asked a lot of questions about how I was going to use my new car, and made sure that the car had all of the features I needed. When I came back to purchase it, he verified that my bike fit in the trunk, and then both ordered and installed a roof rack with a bike carrier. Overall, I had a great experience with all of the staff at Bank Street and would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with them. More
