He loves his job because he loves meeting people and because he believes in the product. Rick truly knocked it out of the park with me. I got everything I asked for..."I can't" wasn't in his vocabulary. I probably should have asked for more...but I walked away with a new CX-5 GS....thinking I had gotten the better of them.
