I purchased a brand-new BMW X6 18 months ago for over $100,000, and I am extremely disappointed. The wide tires cause debris to hit the body, leading to damage. What’s unacceptable is that I was never informed about this recurring issue at the time of purchase, even though BMW clearly knows about it. No preventive measures, such as recommending a protective film, were ever mentioned. Now, I’m being told that BMW’s warranty does not cover what is obviously a design flaw. For a brand that markets itself as premium, this is disgraceful. I previously owned an Infiniti and never experienced such problems. To make matters worse, my partner and I purchased two new BMWs in the last 18 months. I deeply regret this purchase and strongly advise anyone considering an X5 or X6 to think twice. BMW’s inability to address known defects and its poor customer service are simply unacceptable. More
