Attempted to schedule an appointment and test drive an X3 - unsuccessfully. Initial sales rep (George) that I spoke to over the phone did not call back as promised. Then spoke to A. Lim, sales manager. He sa - unsuccessfully. Initial sales rep (George) that I spoke to over the phone did not call back as promised. Then spoke to A. Lim, sales manager. He said he would help me. Went to see him as arranged and he passed me over to another sales person. He was not very knowledgeable, and was focused on “building the car”, quickly. I did not have an opportunity to test drive. When I tried later to arrange a test drive, I teceibed no response to my email. I then wrote the sales manager, and received NO response. I am a motivated buyer, and have been pleasant and courteous throughout. Totally perplexed by the attitude of this dealership. More
