This year, I finally paid off the loan and I found that I don't have the ownership of the vehicle for the four years I supposed to, mto registration shows Bmw Canada is the owner of the vehicle and mto would not allow to do a title transfer until I provide with lease document showing I have paid off, funny thing is it is a purchase with loan provided by BMW financial service, not a lease. I have been running mto offices, calling BMW financial Canada to understand what needs to be done to transfer the title, no one has answer to me. Now I paid for the vehicle plus all the interests and I still do not legally own the vehicle. I was told I have pay 200 out of pocket to do security inspection in order for mto to change the title. A disaster four years in the making. Never go back to this dealer ever again. More

The lease for my previous car was running up and Lui (Sales Manager) insisted I borrow a BMW on the lott rather than paying for a rental myself until my new purchase arrives.... They are the most pleasant people when they wanna sell u a vehicle...but once they have your money the after sales service stops. I bought a 5 series bmw which was a certifies series. When i purchased the vehicle the salesperson told me that this is an extension of the manufactures warranty to 6 years or 160k I paid approx 4-6 thousand more for this car compared to other vehicles without the extended warranty....all for piece of mind (which i never received) The service department is a joke they will ask you on the phone exactly whats wrong with the car and it sounds like they are typing it into their system and then after 2weeks of actually getting ur appointment you have to go over everything again because they cant seem to find the notes. They will also arrange a courtesy vehicle for you but will charge you a $25 Fee (can u say nickle and dime) Ive never had a dealer charge me for a loaner....and ive purchased many vechicles in my life from many different manufactures...this place is giving BMW a bad name Every single time this car has gone in with problems they will always try to charge you $164 diagnostic fee if they cant find a problem...on my last visit i told them the car has a weak battery and i don't want to have any problem with the cold weather approaching. not only did they not replace the battery they charged 1hour ($164) for telling me my battery was weak. i was fuming mad and called Bmw canada...they said this is an independent dealership and theres nothing they could do for me (what a joke) How can they justify 1 hour labour to check a weak battery.....i already told them it was weak. ! asked them to give me a detailed report of what the technician did (they refused) Candian tire doesn't even charge to do battery checks lol They have lost my future business!!! More

We first met Farhan at the 2015 Auto Show when we were not sure what we were looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Our sales consultant was Dominique. From start to finish she was great! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and had our car delivered faster than we expected. Farhan assisted us on delivery day, he even stayed after hours to make sure we were comfortable and knew how to use all the features on our new car. These two are the "Batman and Robin" team at BMW Toronto! We HIGHLY recommend if you are considering a BMW to deal only with the best - Dominique and Farhan! More

The car was in great condition and any outstanding issues were taken care of. Even after I noticed a couple of dents on the hood after having the car for a couple of weeks, it was all taken care of! I can't speak for all the sales guys there, but Simon took outstanding care of me and the car. Overall it was a great experience buying a used car from them, and if you are in the market for a used (or new for that matter) BMW, you should definitely consider buying the car from this dealership. No reply to written emails When we issue a complaint,money do not call for service review...being afraid of problems we faced Never dealt with the same person twice and every time we have to repeat the same stories of introduction....like no one reads the record or the issues prior to arrival. Too many turnover in personnel. Original sales person left or let go....no one called to advise and take over the file. More

From incompetent diagnostics, to refusing to honour our warranty, to not doing the services requested and not telling us, not to mention every time we come in/deal with someone new there seems to be no record of our previous transaction. We've also been waiting since March to see if scratches on our car are covered under the extra scratch warranty we purchased. I went in 6 weeks after purchasing our "showroom ready" vehicle and was told it needed brakes. Went back 2 mos later, they said it didn't need brakes, the next time they said it did, and so on. I've come in there for service appts and been sent away as the "guy" who does that work is never in on the day they booked my appt. due to that the next time I was in I was out of warranty for the service, and even though it was their fault it wasn't done in warranty, the refused to honour it and offered me 10% off when I spoke to management who said it was really my fault anyway. Once when I used the pickup service to be brought back to get my car, even though I was 10 min from the dealership, the driver made me sit through a 50min car ride uptown to pick up another customer. They also charge for a loaner vehicle and staff have told me they are the only location that doesn't provide the service free of charge. They made me regret ever buying another BMW. More
