Worse service in Toronto, GTA Area i folks, Unfortunately I have to change my review for this dealership due service I have received lately. This is review is only for service department and members. To begin my story I have BMW under extended warranty which expires on October, 2017. One day I was driving my "ultimate experience" vehicle and I saw engine light, I decided to make an appointment for service. I dropped off my vehicle to the dealer and later on I received a call with explanation that there is some issue with pump which is understandable but then lady on the phone advised me that my warranty expired last month which does not make any logical sense since inservice warranty started in October. I asked to double check and she said there are 3 different dates of expiration!! and the don't have time to check around , I said sure Ill pick it up and deal with another dealer. When I got there to pickup the vehicle I have been given so much attitude and I have been charged for "diagnostic fee"!? Whatever, when I got to my house I called BMW Canada and representative has confirmed that my warranty expires on October, 2017 so I asked why is this dealer did not bother to check and provide with customer service which I still did not get any response. It makes me think that these dealer only worries to sell you car and period. Almost 2 weeks lated I got voicemail saying BMW Canada has contacted BMW Toronto and my mates has been resolved and I can drop off my vehicle anytime to do service. Question: do I have to waste so much time and find truth when I spent over 60000$? Good luck guys! More

I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over my lifetimes. Without a doubt, Samir has been the best sales person we have dealt with in many years. From our first call to him, he was professional and responded to us quickly regarding a sedan I was interested in. He worked well with me to discuss my needs and quickly had fast follow up to all my questions . I drove quite a way (from Oakville Ontario) to meet with Samir because I felt he had the integrity I was looking for in a sales person and it was worth my while. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new first BMW 328xdrive as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure I was a happy customer. Thank you for your service, see you in 4 years for a new one! More
Terrible experience with pre-owned department Recently I bought pre-owned Acura at this dealership. Before closing the deal I received 3 calls from BIll, all in one morning, just in order to sell Recently I bought pre-owned Acura at this dealership. Before closing the deal I received 3 calls from BIll, all in one morning, just in order to sell me the vehicle. After I got the car, and some of the problems came up, he was unable to pick up the phone. I took the car at certified mechanic shop, and they determined there were issues with some steering parts (upper strut bearings), which are covered by safety requirements. After finally I managed to get Bill, and started to threat with MTO inspection, he agreed to take my car and do the repair. The car was sitting for 2 days in their dealership, and after I picked it up there were no documents stating what was done. Again I sent him an email, and after few days I got replay that they determined steering was fine and no parts replacement was done, only wheel alignment was done instead. No need to say that I still experience problems with car steering. I would definitely recommend not to do any business there. Very unprofessional for dealership carrying BMW name. More

It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the Sunlight Park Road location, start to finish with the sales professional, who was truly a professional throughout the process. He was pleasant and provided lots of informaiton without ever being pushy. I was kept upto date with respect to delivery date and when I picked up the car everyone invovled with showing me some features of the car to ensure I was comfortable when leaving, signing all the documenation and walking me out to my new car was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had Thank you BMW Toronto Team! Their service department never updates customer about the status of the car( even thought the car has finished), after reaching my advisor so many times, I finally got this young lady, Sharon, to help me physically check the car in the shop, and it was all ready to go. If you are calling in to the general service line to speak with someone about your car, ask for this young lady. More
Don’t dare comparison shop. They HATE that! I was in the market for a 400 series cabriolet and met with Vince Cappella for a test drive of the 428i and 435i. We met exactly once and spent about two hours together. That's it: no promises, no commitments. Over the next few weeks I did some comparison shopping. A reasonable course of action, I thought. Apparently Vince didn't. Anyways, I found a dealership that treated me very well AND came up with some pretty aggressive numbers. But, before closing a deal, I wanted to give Vince another shot. He had given me an original quote on the day of the test drive, but we had never really gotten down to negotiating the numbers. So I sent an email offering Vince a chance to re-enter the competition. I told Vince that I was looking for the best deal, and was not particular about which dealership sold me the car. Vince was clearly not happy with any of that. His email said he was surprised I had been dealing with another company, that he didn't want to be in competition with another dealer on price, and that I had best continue with the relationship I had developed with the other dealer. And that’s what I did. I got the clear message that Vince didn’t want or need my business – and wasn’t afraid to say so in the most direct terms. I found his reply shockingly dismissive, especially for an experienced salesman in an industry where long-term customer relationships are supposed to be paramount. Talk about burning bridges. So my advice is this: find another dealership that values your business. Clearly, BMW Toronto couldn’t care less! More
