I have l I would like to take this moment to acknowledge the dedication and enthusiasm that was provided by Samir Umer at BMW Toronto in June of 2017. I have leased 4 vehicles for my company at BMW Toronto over the last 12 years. I have been a loyal BMW client for many years as far back as 1990 when I purchased my first BMW 320i. As most who lease vehicles understand, it becomes a strange process when picking up the new car and returning the old one. The decision what to do and what to get becomes a stressful process. My experiences have been fine during this process with my last 3 leases, however this particular time, Samir bent over backwards to make sure I would be happy with the options he presented. BMW’s do not need much to sell themselves. I felt Samir genuinely understood the value of a repeat client and honestly cared to the point where he recognized that clients have a lot of options of leasing a car anywhere, so it is imperative to make sure it’s not always only about the car, but also about the customer. So you can see it was a pretty significant deal for us. We were interested in buying BMW and that's what got us to BMW Toronto and we met Usama. He was very helpful and professional. He spent a lot of time to figure out the right deal for us. What was nice to see that he was invested into our dream of our first car and got us a deal that's beneficial for both. What is more impressive is that he has been very response in our post purchase service. BMW 2017 X3 purchase great experience This is my second vehicle from BMW toronto. I went for an upgrade from 3 series to an X3 and I would say the experience has been excellent as in the This is my second vehicle from BMW toronto. I went for an upgrade from 3 series to an X3 and I would say the experience has been excellent as in the first time. Usama helped us in getting our needed configurations and worked out the perfect deal for us. There was not much time between brokering the deal and delivery date, and our anniversary date was before the anticipated delivery date. I just asked Usama if it was possible to get our vehichle delivered on our anniversary date and Usama and the delivery team worked hard and made it possible.
