From the moment I met him in the parking lot of my first visit, to the delivery of my beautiful M240i xDrive Coupe, Samir provided an exceptional level of support and guidance. This was the first time that I considered leasing a vehicle, and I had plenty of questions. Samir provided me with all the necessary information so that I could make the appropriate decisions. I never felt pressured or rushed, as everything was at my own pace. Samir kept me updated throughout the process - from manufacturing to delivery. He was always available (phone, email, text) whenever I had a question - or even in a panic moment! The little touches he provides are the reason I was swayed to BMW. A positive relationship with my Sales/Leasing Consultant was a must for me, and I knew I had that with him. He even knew how to make the delivery of my car extra special – I mean who wouldn’t have a smile on their face when they’re introduced to their car via a red carpet?! Without any hesitation, I’d recommend Samir, as well as BMW. Looking forward to the future years! More

He shared his wealth of experience with us and helped us make a decision on the car while carefully explaining all the options and packages to us to help make sure we got what we really needed. Most importantly we didn't want to regret our purchase in the future and we are currently happily satisfied with the service received. This dealer showed us the importance of real customer service after visiting another dealer north of Toronto, which we felt was just trying to justify all sorts of false information through his teeth and calling various reputable online resources $#@!. Great experience at BMW Toronto with Usama Khan We recently bought a new 2018 BMW X1 from BMW Toronto. We were fortunate to have Usama Khan as the sales consultant to help us out. Usama's knowledge We recently bought a new 2018 BMW X1 from BMW Toronto. We were fortunate to have Usama Khan as the sales consultant to help us out. Usama's knowledge of every detail that we inquired about impressed us almost as much as the car did. During our test drive, he explained and showcased all the numerous features of the X1 that we didn't even know existed. (By the way... he even did this from the back seat of the car beside our young children :) The whole process of learning, test driving, negotiating, following up on additional questions and car pickup was a pleasure with Usama from BMW Toronto. Very poor service experience Recently, I brought my 328xi into the service department due to squeaky brakes. According to the onboard computer I still had 5,000 kms left on my re Recently, I brought my 328xi into the service department due to squeaky brakes. According to the onboard computer I still had 5,000 kms left on my rear brakes and plenty more on my front brakes. Long story short, the service advisor called to tell me I needed new rear brakes, that I had a leaking oil gasket, needed a new serpentine belt and a new ground cable. I was assured that all this was required and gave the go-ahead for the repair. After paying a $2,300 bill, imagine how disappointed I was when the brakes continued to squeak (as they had when I brought the car in in the first place.) Figuring the new brakes might need a bit of working in, I drove the car for a few days with no improvement. I went back to BMW Toronto to ask them to look at the brakes again. I was told by the service manager that "due to a recent change in brake material (from copper to something new) that ALL brakes now squeak." He also said that there was nothing they could do. Having had the car for a number of years, I knew that something was wrong. Accordingly, I took the car to a local GoodYear garage to have them look at my brakes. Turns out that my left front brake pad was missing a Caliper Clip. I'm not sure what's involved in BMW's Brake Inspection (on my invoice from the initial visit) but I would have thought it included checking to see if a caliber was missing. In any event I feel like I got screwed by BMW Toronto. I can't dispute that the car needed other work but based on their shoddy brake inspection I suspect that I was taken advantage of. I would expect a "premium outfit" like BMW Toronto would solve the problem I brought the car in for before digging deep to find other things they could charge me for. I love my BMW but am sorely disappointed in BMW Toronto. If your car is out of warranty, I suggest taking your BMW to a local garage. You will be helping an independent mechanic who really cares about your business. Your car will be fixed properly and at a fraction of the cost of the gougers at BMW. More

Huge thanks to Vince Cappella and his team, Jay Khan and Cuyler I can't begin to describe how fantastic my entire experience has been at Downtown BMW. Huge thanks to Vince Cappella and his team, Jay Khan and Cuyler I took delivery of my gorgeous new X1 on my birthday, big red bow on the hood and all! They made me feel so very special and took care of every detail. Absolute first class service! I look forward to many more years as a BMW customer. More

The test drive was great and Samir was really patient helping me test my infant seat and then the trunk space for my dog.
