Outside of marketing the people at each and every dealership are the face of these brands. They have the absolute greatest influence on customers and we are trusting and buying into these staff as much as the car. They become even more valuable then the simple specifications of any given model. We visited many many dealerships looking for our new vehicle. The staff at BMW Toronto dramatically stood out as personable and enthusiastic people. They encouraged us to look into new things and spent loads of time with us making sure we were not just comfortable along every step of the way but incredibly informed. Among the staff our sales associate was Usama Khan, who I don’t quite have a comprehensive enough vocabulary to explain all the awesome that he is. He could not have done a better job at guiding us through the somewhat daunting process of buying a vehicle. He was incredibly responsive and personable and always had a vivid grasp as to what may on our minds at any given time. Usama is excellent at putting himself in the position of the client and understanding the questions and concerns that may arise and addressing them before we could even bring them up. We will certainly be visiting again for our next car and the main reason for that will be Usama not just the vehicle itself, which is also great :) We still pop by when we’re in the area just to bug him and say hi, well after taking delivery of the vehicle. He also has an extensive sock collection which is cool if you like socks. More

We check out the new car on the first floor for about 20 mins, we continue heading up to 3th-floor for the pre-owned section. In no time after we walk up, Ambross Ip, approached us with a greeting feel at home. The dialogue through and through feel like he really care what we can get the best out of our needs. Once we decided what we like, he continues to provide excellent service throughout our negotiation process without stress or pushy sales pitch. His trustworthy and honestly given us a worry-free transaction at ease. The day we pick up the car he also takes time to show us how to use the idrive. I have to praise his service are exceptional down to the detail. We are grateful we met such a professional salesman. BMW Toronto Job well done! More

Mark Glyn-Williams, the Service Manager has done an outstanding job of creating a client service team that is responsive, courteous and professional. When I realized I had to get my A/C fixed this summer, I was hesitant about the cost and getting it done as I had heard from various people and friends that your A/C "never really gets fixed" because of so many parts involved etc. Mark took a special interest to make sure the job was done well and on time. He also arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair since I live in Etobicoke and have mobility issues. As well, he got my car cleaned up inside without me asking! He also encouraged me to get the A/C fixed asap as a hot humid spell was coming and I would need the A/C working because of my health issues. I knew I was in good hands getting my A/C fixed with Mark and Sherry Machula (service advisor) looking after my interests. More
