Replacement of ignition coils and spark plugs I called Rizwan Meghji (BMW service advisor) on Monday to tell him that I didn't think my car was sounding like it normally did. He told me to bring my vehicle into BMW the next day (Tuesday) to take a look at the car. When I arrived, he had Chris, the service technician/car whisperer take a drive with me in my car to determine what was happening with my car. Chris confirmed to me that there was an issue with my car- ie he told me that one of my ignition coils/spark plugs needed to be replaced. He told me I could wait till the service light came up to identify which one in particular needed replacement or I could replace them all right now. He never pressured me to get them all replaced immediately. However, I decided to get the work done while I was already at the dealership. Rizwan was able to fit me in right away and the work was completed within a couple of hours. Rizwan is a huge asset to BMW. I have been working with Rizwan for many years. Everytime I come into BMW, he is professional, smart, courteous, honest and always makes me feel special and not stupid. More

After visiting many (basically all) different types of dealerships I finally encountered somebody that truly knew the product and company he represents, but mainly he put my needs before anything else. Samir listened to my needs and guided me, a totally ignorant of cars, to match the magnificent offerings of BMW with every single need and wishes of me and my family. The combination of BMW and Samir patiently opened a totally new world to me. My great fear was to have to deal with the “usual car sales person”. Samir made me feel that he and BMW cared for me in the outmost respectful manner. Samir knows the BMW “system” to perfection and was able to find the right car through their complex inventory. Ah! Vince Capella is the reason I bought BMW! I had lived in the US for a long time and arrived back in Toronto without a car. I was primarily debating between BMW and Mercedes, and I had not pre I had lived in the US for a long time and arrived back in Toronto without a car. I was primarily debating between BMW and Mercedes, and I had not previously owned either brand. I ultimately bought a BMW because I met Vince Cappella on my first visit and he was so welcoming, informative, genuine, and interested in me and my needs. He invested 1.5 hours in my first visit, another hour in my second visit, and then more time in the third visit trying to find the perfect version of the car to lease. He also spent time in between sending me information by email and chatting by phone, and was always patient and responsive. All in all, he was incredibly helpful, as well as fun and kind. He made me feel so comfortable with my decision, and didn't pressure me at any point along the way. It felt like I was getting guidance from a family friend, not from a typical salesperson. The other staff that helped with the lease paperwork etc, and also with the technology orientation when I picked up the car, were also so pleasant and helpful. All in all, my experience was extremely positive, from beginning to end. I won't get into the details, but suffice it to say that my experience at Mercedes (downtown) was the polar opposite. They acted as if they sell so many cars that my purchase would be a mere drop in the bucket. BMW and Vince and his team are the best! Kim More

Samir was great to deal with, efficient at getting my order in the queue and following up throughout the process. I didn't have to deal with any dealer markup, or allocation priority games, even on an in-demand M car like the M2 Comp, so I'll definitely return for any other BMWs I'm interested in in the future.
