Lack of communication and bad attitude (service dept) Dropped my car for scheduled service (oil change, brake fluid change as per CBS) in morning around 8 AM. First time I heard from SA was 4 PM saying th Dropped my car for scheduled service (oil change, brake fluid change as per CBS) in morning around 8 AM. First time I heard from SA was 4 PM saying that I can pickup the car and will need to bring back next morning because some work remaining. Next day they supposedly completed all work as per CBS. Couple of days later I noticed that Brake fluid service was not performed and next service date was reset in car. When I sent email to service adviser, no response. After few follow ups, Richard says that they made a mistake and will reschedule the service. I can consider this a genuine mistake but lack of communication and need for multiple follow ups, doesn't give me an impression of BMW's luxury car experience. Customer experience delivered by other brands like Hondas, Toyotas is much better without paying premium...I don't think my next car is going to be BMW now... More

Samir Sumer service is outstanding! I recently leased a BMW 440i xDrive 2 doors. My experience was amazing, from the moment I walked into the store. I didn't have to wait long for Samir I recently leased a BMW 440i xDrive 2 doors. My experience was amazing, from the moment I walked into the store. I didn't have to wait long for Samir Umer to come and greet me. He was extremely patient in explaining the different models and options. He even shared some personal stories with me. I owned 2 BMWs in the past and the last car I leased was more than 10 years ago. Lots changed since, especially the technology. I showed up without an appointment and the service was excellent despite my last minute visit. I did a few test drives with Samir, he took the time to show me the different features. He quickly understood my preferences and made sure my final choice wouldn't end up being a bunch of compromises. We communicated that evening by email about an xDrive version instead of the M2 we test drove. He was kind enough to look up the inventory and find the perfect fit for me the next morning. I came back the next day and test drove 2 more models. I ended up picking the gray on red, not my first choice but I am very happy I did. He went as far as making some recommendations for winter tires and rims and he was right on. On the day of the delivery, he greeted me, showed me the car, and made sure I was happy with the final product. Samir made sure I would leave the showroom with a positive feeling, the beginning of my new Journey. This purchase is a big step in my career and he made the entire experience a delightful one.
