Samir Umer was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products we looked at. His manner was incredibly courteous and our first visit gave us the confidence to return to him and buy a car. Pick up day was equally satisfying because of the thorough couple of hours of instruction given by Kelli’s Thompson on the vehicle. I would recommend the salesperson and your dealership to anyone interested in the products you sell. More

Shady Illegal Practice We have been customers for many years and many cars. In 2016 our car was stolen. We were in the process of purchasing the new BMW, and the dealership We have been customers for many years and many cars. In 2016 our car was stolen. We were in the process of purchasing the new BMW, and the dealership SWITCHED plates in the system!!! ($10 savings for them) from the old car to the new one. For three weeks we were driving the old car ILLEGALLY without the plates. When the vehicle was stolen, the police was looking for the WRONG vehicle due to the plates in the MTO system assigned to the new car the purchase for which was never finalized. The managers SCREAMED ate me and never assisted in rectifying their mistake. Guess what, we never ended buying the BMW, NEVER again. Mercedez and Tesla got our business from now on. More
Will not Honour agreements I agreed to purchase a brand new 2017 BMW R nine T pure bike from the dealership and dealt with Jon Dunnill. Since The bike is 2 years old they offe I agreed to purchase a brand new 2017 BMW R nine T pure bike from the dealership and dealt with Jon Dunnill. Since The bike is 2 years old they offered me a great price that I accepted. I singed the contract and paid my deposit. Was told the bike would take a few days to arrive. After a week of waiting I contacted them for an update and was informed that they could not find the bike in the warehouse. I was naive to assume that BMW Toronto would honour the signed contract and offer a fair solution. They offered me the exact same bike in the 2018 model year for almost $3000 more!!!. When I say the exact same I mean it, same engine, paint, features and styling. They refuse to open a dialog and hide behind the words "theirs nothing we can do. " There are lots of choices in the Toronto areas for BMW Motorrad sales. Stay away from this dealership. They do not care about the customer and do not honour their agreements. More

After I decided on a 330i the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Usama Khan to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More
Lack of communication and bad attitude (service dept) Dropped my car for scheduled service (oil change, brake fluid change as per CBS) in morning around 8 AM. First time I heard from SA was 4 PM saying th Dropped my car for scheduled service (oil change, brake fluid change as per CBS) in morning around 8 AM. First time I heard from SA was 4 PM saying that I can pickup the car and will need to bring back next morning because some work remaining. Next day they supposedly completed all work as per CBS. Couple of days later I noticed that Brake fluid service was not performed and next service date was reset in car. When I sent email to service adviser, no response. After few follow ups, Richard says that they made a mistake and will reschedule the service. I can consider this a genuine mistake but lack of communication and need for multiple follow ups, doesn't give me an impression of BMW's luxury car experience. Customer experience delivered by other brands like Hondas, Toyotas is much better without paying premium...I don't think my next car is going to be BMW now... More
