I received this prejudice from the DT Mercedes dealership despite originally having walked in settled to buy a Mercedes A 250. Salim was able to connect on a personal level on top of a professional one. He brought me an aggressively good deal with all my desired packages. I love the BMW 3 series with the exception of the odd software bug. More

BMW Toronto Service very weak. Will never buy from BMW again Bought a new BMW X5 in August. A recall notice comes 3 months later for rearview camera and carplay fixes. Letter says it is a 1 hour fix. BMW Bought a new BMW X5 in August. A recall notice comes 3 months later for rearview camera and carplay fixes. Letter says it is a 1 hour fix. BMW Toronto required the car to be left with them for 2 PLUS DAYS. They dont have a loaner to provide matching or exceeding the X5 cargo space. So we would be on our own to rent a comparable vehicle at our cost. I gave up with BMW Toronto. Will never go again to them. BMW Toronto just wanted to sit on my car for OVER 2 DAYS (my suspicion is they have the service bays 100% utilized as there is zero waiting for cars to service, they just pull them out of the lot as a service bay frees up - they dont care about how that affects their customers). I will never again deal with BMW Toronto. Untruthful. Unreliable. Sad to have ended up with a BMW now, should have gone the AUDI route. BMW Parkview (to their credit) fixed the recall issues while i waited less than 3 hours. More

Frustrating experience I was delighted that they were able to find an appointment for me to get my winter wheels on my car, but very disappointed that after leaving my car w I was delighted that they were able to find an appointment for me to get my winter wheels on my car, but very disappointed that after leaving my car with them for the entire day, I had to wait even longer for the wheels to be changed. More disappointing that my car wasn't even brought into the service bay until after I returned to pick it up. In all, they had my car for 9 hours to do a 20 minute wheel change, and they didn't even do a courtesy wash on my car. I understand the busy season for winter wheels, but I have had this issue with them in the past, where I return to the dealership on their shuttle at 5 or 5:30 only to find that my service is not yet completed, or that the service has not yet been started. Timothy was pleasant, but not helpful in acknowledging or addressing my concerns. I expected more from a dealership like this one. Other car dealerships seem to respect their customers' time. Not sure why that isn't the case here. If you are having your vehicle serviced here, be ready to wait. More
