Went for a scheduled service in Dec 2020. Very unprofessional staff with 0 skills/attempts to keep the customer informed about the work being done. I felt that they were short staffed and they jus unprofessional staff with 0 skills/attempts to keep the customer informed about the work being done. I felt that they were short staffed and they just tried to fool me. After keeping the car for 10 days they just said that BMW doesn't support the feature anymore, due to software updates. Extremely frustrating experience. Do not recommend this center for service. More

Such a trash dealership, maybe the worst BMW dealer in GTA. Doing only the less, the sales manager Allen Lim never deal with customer’s complaint and is a price discriminator, says only provide good attit GTA.
