About a week ago my son and I decided to go to BMW TORONTO to see a vehicle my son was interested in.. We made an appointment with Arian Hamrahi. When we got at the dealership we were greated very friendly and professional by Arian. This dealership for now ( unfortunately they are moving to a new location ) has a few floors ( used department+motorcycle department+new car delivery department). The vehicle was brought up ( nice and clean )prior to our visit to the 3 rd floor where the Pre Own vehicle department is located .We inspected the vehicle and we liked what we saw. Arian asked his manager Scott Shadbolt to look at our vehicle which we intended to trade it in. After the inspection Scott explained us in a very professional way how he came to the trade value of our vehicle. After that we went with Arien over the cost of buying the vehicle we liked and saw at the dealership as well as the benefits and cost of buying a BMW extended warranty. Arien brought the vehicle in the parking lot in order for my son to roadtest and get the feeling of this car. What we liked the most is that people involved in our deal did not pressure us in buying anything we did not want or needed and they did not play the game some other dealerships are still playing which is going back and forth between the Sales Representative and the Manager. Arien had the Business Mngr Zilun Wang coming and explaining us the cost and coverrage of the BMW extended warranty as well as the entire bill of sale . TO ALL PEOPLE BUYING USED CARS DO NOT IGNORE BUYING AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, Do not forget that everything is going up ( parts and labour) so when buying a used car take in consideration buying an extended warranty in order to be coverred in case there is an issue down the road.( you never kow) The whole process at this Dealership from the beginning to the finish was very flowless,respectful,friendly and very pleasant. From our interactions with some other dealerships, we did not experience this kind of friendly,respect and professional way of doing business . If there are people interested in buying BMW cars THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.( we did visit some other BMW dealerships but we were not impressed with their interaction and treatment from their Sales Representatives who were quite disrespectful and full of themselves while dealing with us ). You will not be sorry going to BMW TORONTO. Staff at this Dealership( sales + parts) are very friendly and very professional. A week later we picked the car up and we were very happy and pleased with our purchased and with what was done in order to make sure that we are satisfied with the deal and the process. The entire team ( sales+parts) made sure that the whole process went flowless and that my son was a very happy and pleased customer which he is. Our experience and interaction with staff at this dealership ( BMW TORONTO) was and still is OUTSTANDING. To the owners of this dealership. It seems from my experience with this Dealership that you are doing the right thing which is treating your customers with respect and consideration. Good employees keep the business going ,thriving and flourishing. Thanks to Scott Shadbolt+Arien Hamrahi+Zilun Wang and the Parts dept. for the way our business was conducted .
