Went for a RECALL for the Blow-By Heater. They DAMAGED the ELECTRICAL PANEL. - Both issues above were fixed without charge as they were CREATED by BMW. Car was at the dealership for 8 days. Car was at the dealership for 8 days. ---WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PICKING UP THE VEHICLE, MY HEATING/AC FANS STOPPED WORKING - NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE! - This new issue was also created by BMW, IT WAS NOT A COINCIDENCE! --When I took the vehicle in AGAIN for repairs AND ASKED THE AGENT (ANDREW MAK), IF THIS NEW ISSUE WAS DUE TO THE WORK DONE PREVIOUSLY AND IF IT SHOULD BE COVERED BY BMW - THIS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION AT ALL AND JUST QUOTES THE (OVERPRICED) PRICE FOR THE REPAIRS. ****CONCLUSION: BMW IS A SCAM AND THEY CONDUCT UNETHICAL PRACTICES TO SABOTAGE VEHICLES DURING SERVICE, SO THAT THEY CAN GET BUSINESS AGAIN FOR REPAIRS AND OVERCHARGE BY 3-4 TIMES OR MORE****** **********SHAME ON YOU BMW********************* More
