Scammer Valet Staff The valet service of this dealership is wittingly trying to make customers disappointed. I had a good experience with the sales department but despite The valet service of this dealership is wittingly trying to make customers disappointed. I had a good experience with the sales department but despite spending too much money on the flagship vehicle of this company the manager of valet treat me rudely and with no sensitivity regarding annoying behavior of his staff. It seems that the valet staff has been trained to faulsly report the pre-exsiting damages on your vehicle at the pick up time or similarly faulsly report of damages on spare car to rip you off. This morning they brought me a 3 series as a spare car for my 2016 750i and the agent first asked me to sign the papers. When I wanted to to go inside I saw him that he was puting check marks on the damage form stating my front bumper is damaged. When I asked him to show me the damage he bent down and swipped his hand under the bumer and told me this should be feeled by touch. This is an unacceptable fraudulent behavior which is not expected from this brand. I refused to accept the spare car as I knew they were planning to report the same false damages at the time of returning their spare car to rip me off. I expressed my concerns to Mike the manager of them but he rudley told me that they are doing their job and nothing is wrong with them. He did not listen to my concern. This is not the way you should treat a customer. I will never return to this dealership and am sorry for the brand of BMW which allows these uneducated people treat their customers unprofessionally and unfairly. More
I was waiting all day. My truck door was not opening so I put to service center at 9:30am. I asked how long it's gonna take to fix but he said he does know. I waited at the mall which was near the BMW. Someone called me around noon and told me that it's gonna finish between 4 to 5 pm. My friend drop me up to the center at 4:30pm. I was waiting and he called me around 5pm and told me that the car is not fix yet, need time until tomorrow. What??? Why did not tell me earlier. I went to the the desk and the guy said that they gonna give me a rental car so I went the rental car desk and I waited auother 20min. The time was 6pm. During the waiting i ask the guy But why??did tell me this when you called me before? He said that he didn't know that it is just takes longer then expected with very unkind face. So I told he that you could explain that it might gonna takes longer and couldn't be done today then I could prepared this situation. He told me that this kind of thing is not happening often so he don't need to. What is your job!!! That is your job!!!!!My kids and husband was waiting me all day and I have to come back tomorrow with my kids. The rental car is very bad too. I thought it's gonna be seen car which I own. They really don't care about the customers. If they would care I didn't need to have this experience. More

Usually with the Leaside BMW I spend 2-3 hours for this service and get excelllent care. I even get a call about my experience but with this place i got no calls. More

Absolutely the worse experience dealing with a dealership I brought in my car for maintenance and to check why a warning light was turning on. They couldn't fix it in one day and offered me what I thought was I brought in my car for maintenance and to check why a warning light was turning on. They couldn't fix it in one day and offered me what I thought was a courtesy car while mine was in the shop. They picked me up and brought me to the dealership, which was fine, but instead of a courtesy car I was told I needed a credit card to rent a car, so no courtesy. They never mention any of this before I went to the dealership expecting a free courtesy car, like another MINI, like a courtesy car I have had at a number of other dealership from Acura to Nissan and not a rented car I had to put on my credit card. So it was a complete waste of time coming to the dealership as I had no credit card at the time (it is in the mail) so I said just take me home. One of the car jockey takes me outside in the pouring rain, turns out he doesn't have a car and tells me to wait, standing in the rain, while he takes of into the lot, presumably to find a car to drive me home. Five minutes later I am still standing in the rain waiting for my ride, he never appears. So I have to go back into the office and ask what is going on? The service department guy I had been dealing with couldn't have cared less, I had to ask him what is going on? Finally he asked some other car jockey to take me home and asking service department guy for a slip to take me. Finally get home call my wife and tell her why we have no car no courtesy car and why I am now soaking and mad and tell her once the lease is up that is it, I want nothing more to do with these rude and obnoxious clowns. More
