Thankfully, Andy turned out to be one of the most pleasant and most accommodating sales consultant I have ever dealt with. I found him to be very enthusiastic and energetic in dealing with me and my wife. He made sure that all my questions about the vehicle were clarified. Wesley Ng, the delivery specialist, was very thorough and very patient in explaining all the features and functionalities of the X3. He knows the vehicle inside out. Wesley did such a good job that after a week of driving the car, I have had no reason to consult the owner's manual yet. The dealership has its flaws on its physical layout but that is the least of my concerns when it comes to buying a car.
