Battery re-coding I went in to get my new battery re-code on my E90. They kept the car for 2 hrs and charge me $80 approx. I didn't notice anything wrong until the ne I went in to get my new battery re-code on my E90. They kept the car for 2 hrs and charge me $80 approx. I didn't notice anything wrong until the next day. The battery cover in the trunk was not put back, left in the middle of the trunk. When they call to ensure I give them a good review, I asked how can I tell they did the work or not. I got one of these "trust me". Afterward, I need to have some other work done elsewhere, I asked if they can see if the new battery been code. It turns out the TC never did the work. Sad. More

I have purchased two X5s, my brother has purchased two X6s, one of them being an "M", and now today,  I purchased a 535i..    I want to say that I I have purchased two X5s, my brother has purchased two X6s, one of them being an "M", and now today,  I purchased a 535i..    I want to say that I had another excellent experience at TCBMW!  The people that made this happen were,   Justin Behrns Cecil Thomas Nasir Ahmadi Leila Wang   My amazing experience started on March 4, 2014.  On March 4, I met with Nasir to possibly purchase a 5 Series..  Well, not only did I purchase one, my friend also came by and purchased a 335i on the same day.. This was only possible through the excellent customer service of Justin, Cecil and Nasir!  Justin was excellent in dealing with both of us, and gave us an excellent deal on our cars.. Nasir was very informative on both cars, and really made us feel comfortable and happy throughout the whole experience.. Cecil as always was amazing and again very informative on the products to purchase for our cars and he too was wonderful to deal with..  All in all, on March 4, we left purchasing two cars and felt great about it because of the excellent customer service from Justin, Nasir, and Cecil..    Today,  March 22, we came by to pick up our cars, and again we were "wowed" by the experience at TCBMW!  First off, we met with Leila, who was excellent!!  She knew all the features of both cars, and really explained things about the car that I didn't know  about..  She was pleasant, polite, and professional!  I really want to say thank you to Leila because she made picking up my car, a wonderful experience!   Afterwards, I met with Nasir, Justin, and Cecil, to finalize the pickup of my car, and they were excellent!!   I had a wonderful welcome bag made for me with key chains and a mug.  The spoiler I wanted was put on the car, and looked great.  Everything I could ask for was done.  Collectively, they made me and my friend feel like a  KING!  We enjoyed our morning picking up our cars, only because of the excellent customer service of Justin, Cecil, Nasir, and Leila!!   I have always referred TCBMW to my friends because I know that they will get an amazing experience when they come.  And with staff like Justin, Cecil, Nasir, and Leila, you couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, positive, professional Team ..
