I was waiting all day. My truck door was not opening so I put to service center at 9:30am. I asked how long it's gonna take to fix but he said he does know. I waited at the mall which was near the BMW. Someone called me around noon and told me that it's gonna finish between 4 to 5 pm. My friend drop me up to the center at 4:30pm. I was waiting and he called me around 5pm and told me that the car is not fix yet, need time until tomorrow. What??? Why did not tell me earlier. I went to the the desk and the guy said that they gonna give me a rental car so I went the rental car desk and I waited auother 20min. The time was 6pm. During the waiting i ask the guy But why??did tell me this when you called me before? He said that he didn't know that it is just takes longer then expected with very unkind face. So I told he that you could explain that it might gonna takes longer and couldn't be done today then I could prepared this situation. He told me that this kind of thing is not happening often so he don't need to. What is your job!!! That is your job!!!!!My kids and husband was waiting me all day and I have to come back tomorrow with my kids. The rental car is very bad too. I thought it's gonna be seen car which I own. They really don't care about the customers. If they would care I didn't need to have this experience. More
Very disappointed by BMW service After one month of escalations, there is still not a decision from BMW to resolve my problem (sales representative-Sam Saeed , Manager- Steve Choi, Bu After one month of escalations, there is still not a decision from BMW to resolve my problem (sales representative-Sam Saeed , Manager- Steve Choi, Business Manager- Ian Cheng) . The car was purchased on Oct 19,2017 and a fault code was displayed with flat tire the next day. Since then, the tire was inflated with the hope that it will recover. When I reported the problem to the sales representative, there was no sign of any intention to assist me. Understood that if the car has any problem within one month it should be reported and fixed. The questions to BMW are: 1) Am I so unlucky to pay $43.000 for a car and next day to have a flat tire? 2) Could BMW justified that the car is certified and has nothing to do with the fault? 3) Is it possible that a sales representative to send me to a car shop for a tire repair when it is well known that the tire is not repairable? I do expect to treat your customer with higher respect. Very disappointing... More

Would not waste time Went in to shop for used cars approx 1-2 years old. Inventory in bad shape with scratches. Sales man P. Choi did not even take the time to test drive Went in to shop for used cars approx 1-2 years old. Inventory in bad shape with scratches. Sales man P. Choi did not even take the time to test drive with me, but had an assistant to test drive with me. I asked if I could test drive other cars he asked "if I did my research" and stated there was no time. It was 12pm on a weekday. Went to another dealership to test drive the car I was curious about which was an upsell compared to the original car was I was looking at. I've shop for 3 cars and this was my worst shopping experience ever. Maybe it was a one off, but I've never been treated like this in any dealership even toyota. I have higher standards for BMW, I've been to many and walked out with a smile. I am very disappointed in this experience. More
