Stay away from these sales if you want to be treated as you deserve to be being a paying customer. The sales rep assigned contacted me the very next day telling me we need to book an appointment for the test drive, it took 3 attempts to book an appointment, which was 1 week after I first contacted them. The appointment was supposed to be in the afternoon, she SMS me at 9am on the day of the appointment saying the showroom is fully booked and want to reschedule to noon instead, it's baffling how it took her a week to make the appointment and yet did not know it was fully booked till the morning. So we rescheduled for another day, showed up right at the appointment time, no one there to greet us. Someone came thru the front door and sent us to service department instead and they had no clue why we were there. Even after we were guided to the showroom, the sales rep did not show for another 5 minutes. She knew who I was right away, but then still ask for my contact info as if she had none of that, even though we had communicated numerous times already to get to this point. Demo car arrived and just gave us the keys, no introduction or demonstration whatsoever, we were left to figure out everything by ourselves. After the test drive, we asked what kind of options was in the demo car, and also mentioned there's a Phytonic Blue priced around 74k I saw on their website inventory which I'm interested. Her technical knowledge was nothing to speak of, she didn't even know the proper name of the “black kidney grill”, all she wanted to show me was the color of the vehicle I mentioned and nothing else. She then went to her desk and came back with a spec list, but for the demo vehicle and not the one I showed interest in. I told her this was of no use to us because we would not be purchasing the demo vehicle to start with, she still had no clue about the vehicle I told her about for the last 10 min. She even asked me for the stock number, which I had to use my own phone to look up on their website for her, instead of checking it on the stock list herself. Finally came back with the proper spec sheet, but instead of going through it she basically just said we should make our decision soon to take advantage of the current promotions, which she did not go through with us either. At this point we felt so disrespected and unwelcome there's no point wasting anymore of our time with this rep and dealership. Unless you already know exactly which vehicle you want and going to walk in with cash in hand, slam on the table and walk out with a new set of keys in minutes, these guys are not what you are looking for. It is effortless dealing with her from the time you inquire about a new vehicle all the way through post delivery, because of this we are happy repeat customers. On delivery Zarwin Yeung took her time to fully explain and help set up some of the amazing features of the car. I would highly recommend Terry MacKay, Zarwin Yeung and Markham BMW. More

That is why I own a BMW. This guy must have been working there for a long time and gets away with allot of awful work habbits, with seniority privileges. Makes the management in this location looks so bad, If you get this guy to consult you, you'll wonder how a company like BMW have a guy like this, represent them. I called BMW Markham inquiring about an x3, and was specific about the interior and exterior colour I wanted. Michelle F. at BMW Markham looked after me and stayed in close contact with me calling me specific about the interior and exterior colour I wanted. Michelle F. at BMW Markham looked after me and stayed in close contact with me calling me every few days over a period of a month and gave me an update on the differemt x3's that came into the dealership. I truly felt that BMW Markham really cared about helping me find my dream car, and Michelle's customer service was amazing. Best experience I have had at a car dealership! I went to look at a used car that they had posted online and dealt with Steve Choi (used car sales manager). The experience in the beginning was already bad. There were some issues on the car that i pointed out and he just told me to leave if i dont want to buy it. Keep in mind, hes the manager. Those issues i pointed out, i ended up having to fix anyways. As a change, i bought a mercedes across the street a month later and it was the best experience ive ever had. I would give Steve Choi a zero star if i could. More
Went in to the pre-owned department. No one seemed to care for our business. Many sales people seemed like they didn't care. Only talking among themselves. Hard to get a hold of them. Once you showed interested in a vehicle their demeanor completely changes. Immediately ignored details on the vehicle we were interested in and tried to up sell to vehicles almost 2x our budget. Went to BMW toronto and they were glad to serve us. Definitely avoid this dealership. More

Later on said parts need about two weeks to order . I am waiting and waiting no body call . One month later I call them and booked service. You can’t believe what’ they said “ it’s over one month your parts replacement request was refused by over two weeks policy. What?????? I suggest BMW take your service warranty off when you sell your car . If you do so I am happy with the car itself. Cheap dealer at Kennedy/HW7 BMW dealer I still like the brand but not this dealer Too too cheap. More
