I would not hesitate to use Alex / BMW Victoria to service my car in the future. In 1 word - awesome!. My i4 is absolutely amazing. This is my first BMW (previously a MB fan that was turned off by poor quality and poor service) and I'm only sorry I wasn't a BMW owner sooner. If all BMW's are as nice as the i4 is, then I can't recommend the brand more. Believe me, my friends are getting tired of me praising BMW & BMW Victoria. Daniel in sales is amazing. Bicycle rental included a flimsy cable lock and was stolen because the bike was so expensive and the lock so cheap. I had to pay for the bike.
