Extremely disappointed. Went in to the service shop for my first time and had an oil change. Left the dealership with problems that my car never had before which are limitin Went in to the service shop for my first time and had an oil change. Left the dealership with problems that my car never had before which are limiting me from driving it at all. When i called 5+ times i was left to VM which those messages were ignored/never responded to. When i did speak to someone, i was told i would have to pay for all the repairs that were caused by the service shop. I now am out 300+$ with a different mechanic (since i was never contacted back after countless attempts of contacting them) for this when i orginally only went into the shop for an oil change More
