Thake care at de reception of your car.!!!! They try to cheat me by putting 2 years old 4 tires ( used at least 60%) on my new BMW3...It was my wife who picked up the car the day of reception,a They try to cheat me by putting 2 years old 4 tires ( used at least 60%) on my new BMW3...It was my wife who picked up the car the day of reception,and she didn't tcecked that.I observe that once at home and I call back the seller the same evening.He tell me to go back the next day to see that.Once on place he try to convince me that the tires are OK...I said that if she don't change the tires I cancel my contract.As reasons I had somme: I think , maybe, if they were broken I change for you, it was a mistake.But that wasn't true because durring our deal she said we will put somme news tiers and she give me the name of that tires , and after 15 minutes he said sorry I don't have no more that tires i will put somme others ( the used one i supossed , that they find in the back shop).I Me and my wife we was very dissapointed about that.They are BMW LAVAL not a small car dealer on the corner off the street.I losse a couple of hours to going back..and than again to change the tires whit somme news. The service was good it take it arround 1 1/2 hours for the tires changement.That guy was also very smart.Sow my advise for new buyers it is to put everything on peaper before you sign any contract. We put our confiance on Charles Bocti , during the processus of sealing everything was corect.But to much conffiance it seams is not enough at BMW LAVAL. More

Amazing! I had a great first experience at BMW Laval. My car was delayed coming in for a month and they loaned me a better car that was a higher model and comp I had a great first experience at BMW Laval. My car was delayed coming in for a month and they loaned me a better car that was a higher model and completely free of charge with insurance and winter tires included. I’m now driving a brand new X1 and very happy. Picking up the vehicle and getting a tutorial on the car, setting up the satellite radio was all handled with grate care and professionalism. I would strongly recommend them!! My boyfriend was so impressed that he is now looking to get his own BMW there someday! More
