I only use this dealership for service all my BMWs because it is closer to my home. However, like most dealerships that are understaffed and overworked, details can be missed and mistakes made, which BMW Gallery is quick to correct and resolve to my satisfaction. More

Disappointment. The estimate was WAY over what it should be. Lucrative, and uninformative. I tried to get a breakdown, but no one responded. I took my car to a different shop and the difference in service and price was impressive. It’s like a cash grab for anyone in this service department. It was emotionally draining to hear everything. I just went elsewhere. I didn’t want to have one problem after the another. Just for a diag, they were charging head over heels. Inconsistent and a blaring disregard for your questions. Telling you it’s because you have a BMW that you have to pay for. Honestly never coming back again. Thanks for nothing Let me know where my money was going, but no information, no quote, nothing was provided for me to understand what you were charging an arm and nail for. More
