My BMW experience was an excellent one due to the thorughness and professionalism demonstrated by my service manager, Sierra Millan. Her ability to problem solve and to work effectively under pressure was key to the completion of major maintenance on my car that I could not have addressed on my own. Her ability and willingness to take additional time and effort to maximise the experience were noted and much appreciated. As someone with decades of personnel management behind them, I can say that Sierra is highly organised and efficient in her deliberate and detailed approach to her responsibilities.
