My sales agent, Kevin Grewal, was waiting for me when I arrived. I knew which car I was interested in (via website), so we went for a test drive. This car was exactly what I wanted. Kevin showed me the features and answered my questions. He also said if I had any further questions or problems to contact him immediately. Sheldon, the business guy, explained all the loan details. He made sure that the terms were the best for me and I understood everything. This sure isn't a bum's rush type of place. The insurance guy is right on the lot. My old car which was barely driveable was also picked up by them. They also gave me some money for my hunk of junk. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. They are not pushy at all.
