Great Customer Service Living in the BC Interior and having two kids in different winter sports, my wife and I tend to drive in different directions most weekends, her in th Living in the BC Interior and having two kids in different winter sports, my wife and I tend to drive in different directions most weekends, her in the Grand Caravan and me in the Honda Civic. For the past couple of years she has been trying to convince me to buy a Durango for winter driving and leave the Civic at home. I finally gave in and while looking online we came across exactly what we were looking for at Budget Car Sales - a 2017 Dodge Durango with low kilometers, accident free and in great condition. We spoke with Brad Eyben, an astute professional who carefully listened to what was important to us in looking for a new vehicle, courteously addressed our concerns/questions and made himself available anytime to takes our calls. At no point did we feel rushed, were we pushed into another vehicle we didn't want or up sold on the vehicle we did buy. Brad, we truly APPRECIATE your non-aggressive sales persona. When we drove into the B.C.S. lot on Friday, first thing Brad offered was to have our van washed (who does that? certainly not the dealers I purchased from in the past) while we inspected, test drove and completed paperwork on the Durango. Again he patiently answered any questions we had during this time. When we arrived back home Brad called to ask how we still felt about the vehicle (we absolutely love it!) and to let us know that he was there for us if we have any questions in the future. A big thank-you to Brad, Shawn, Tai, Aaron and the rest of the B.C.S. team. Keep up the great work. We hope to see you again. More

Hybrid Happiness I have bought my previous 2 cars at Budget and decided that my next car would be a Hybrid. My last car was a Lincoln MKS and I loved it. The staff at I have bought my previous 2 cars at Budget and decided that my next car would be a Hybrid. My last car was a Lincoln MKS and I loved it. The staff at Budget did some research and found a 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid for me. Not only is it like brand new, they found a buyer for my old car for a very good price. I can’t imagine buying a car from any other dealership than Budget Sales and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new (to them) car. Rick Duff More

Great personal a professional service. Budget was the only dealership that followed up after my online inquiry I filled out a financing request on the vehicle in question and was notified Budget was the only dealership that followed up after my online inquiry I filled out a financing request on the vehicle in question and was notified that financing was complete and an appointment made to drive the car. The sales process was conducted professionally and an overall enjoyable experience. The business office was such a good experience that I bought an extended warranty something which I have never bought before. LOL More
