Very human and smooth process, thank you BCS Auto Sales! Being new to Canada, many things were unknown territory. What car to buy? Is it a fair price? What about warranty? How to register the car? Should we get financing? John, Tai, Tim, Aaron and Shawn have answered all these questions and more with a big smile. John welcomed us and gave his unbiased – as possibly can as sales rep :-) – view on brands, models, age, mileage, etc. No real push into one or the other direction (or car, that is), which was very welcoming after having experienced differently at other dealerships. Genuine interest in our situation, full understanding that we also wanted to check out competing dealers in the area. When we eventually decided to go for a car at BCS Auto Sales, John brought us in touch with the Finance team – Tai and Tim. Tim accommodated perfectly well for our situation (traveling outside of Canada for work) and collected all the necessary information, checking in the background the possibility to register and options for insurance and financing. Clearly, as they said themselves, they have assisted several foreign newcomers in Vancouver. In the meantime, John kept following up once in a while. Nice! BCS Auto Sales arranged pickup from the airport upon our return to Vancouver. Once back in their office, Tai ensured the entire admin went really fast. It could have been even faster shouldn't we have asked that many questions (to which we always got a satisfactory answer) – sorry Tai! Again no push into one or the other direction, but full understanding of our situation and considerations. A quick stop in Aaron's office for the best insurance coverage and we were done, having keys of our car in the hand and the plates already installed. Nobody bothered that we only left well after 9pm, rather the opposite: only smiling faces, still time for a picture with our car and a handshake from general sales manager Shawn to say goodbye. It is that we do not plan on buying cars every week, but would love to do more business with this team at BCS Auto Sales :-) More

I had been looking for a cargo van for quite sometime, It was very stressful trying to organise to see vans in the city as I am from Whistler, BCS rea I had been looking for a cargo van for quite sometime, It was very stressful trying to organise to see vans in the city as I am from Whistler, BCS reached out to me and from there it was plain sailing. I was interested in the 2017 Ford Transit 250, I was not sure as it was a very expensive item although they made it doable. Once I had decided on the vehicle Brad (who is an absolute gentleman) picked me up from my door in Whistler and drove me the whole way to BCS. Awesome team, Awesome service. One happy camper I am. We contacted the dealer online and discussed which vehicles we'd like to see. When we got there, Brad took good care of his. His friendly demeanour put us at ease. He is highly knowledgeable on the cars they have for sale and there is no pressure to buy one car over another or any car for that matter. We got a fair price on our trade in and everyone there ensured along the way that we were comfortable with the process. Tim handled the paperwork expertly and then got the insurance agent there to finalize the last aspect needed. He too was friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few hours we were new car owners. We wanted some mats for the car and Brad also sourced those for us after the sale and followed up quickly. All in all, a great experience and one we'd highly recommend. More
