I have bought 3 cars from BCS Auto Sales, and Budget Car Sales since about 1998. I have had good, friendly sales and service - especially from Shaun. I have had particular wants, and needs, in a car. He and all his staff have been very accommodating, in looking for and providing the car I wanted, along with a great deal. "Unknowingly" sold us a vehicle with an aftermarket back up camera (which has stopped working) and upon calling to see if it had been stated in the original paperwork I am being told: "We didn't know, we we up camera (which has stopped working) and upon calling to see if it had been stated in the original paperwork I am being told: "We didn't know, we weren't told, what do you want us to do?" Well, considering it only took our local mechanic 10 mins to tell us it was aftermarket, BCS' excuse of "not knowing" doesn't cut it for me. It's pretty simple, do you or do you not inspect your vehicles? How can you sell something you don't have all the information for and then have the audacity to tell me it's our fault for not asking previously? Albeit innocent or negligent, the customer service at BCS is unconscionable. More
