I live in the Toronto, Ontario area and was searching for a vehicle for months. I found a 2014 Ford Edge Limited and contacted the Dealership and spoke with salesman Jean-Yves Brisson. I had a trade in and a vehicle for months. I found a 2014 Ford Edge Limited and contacted the Dealership and spoke with salesman Jean-Yves Brisson. I had a trade in and sent photos of my car for him to make me an offer. We worked out a price, which was VERY reasonable, I couldn't find anything comparable in Ontario. I drove the 5 hours to the dealership. The car was detailed and ready to go (they even put in a new battery) and a Quebec temporary permit. It took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. The vehicle was immaculate and just as described. All of the Service records were provided. The safety inspection in Ontario found the car had been perfectly maintained and was in excellent condition. I was somewhat hesitant to purchase a vehicle from another Province but the salesman put my mind at ease and took car of all of the Permit transfer and Tax issues. It was a pleasurable experience and I would definitely recommend this Dealer and Jean-Yves Brisson. It was Jean-Yves that made this transaction great. More

A pleasurable experience I have not purchased a new car in over 30 years. A 2018 Ford Fusion Titanium caught my eye at some time in June. In early August I spoke with Mark Duf I have not purchased a new car in over 30 years. A 2018 Ford Fusion Titanium caught my eye at some time in June. In early August I spoke with Mark Dufort about the car. We discussed the various scenarios. New vs used, leasing vs purchasing etc. There was no pressure, simply the numbers. I left the dealership fully expecting multiple phone calls. To my surprise were no phone calls. A couple of weeks later I took the plunge. I purchased the new Fusion Titanium. Everything went according to plan. No surprises! The car had a couple of spots in a small area. I went back to the dealership and Mark immediately summoned the detailer. Who, immediately went to work. After trying various techniques, we determined the spots were under the clearcoat. The team at Avantge Ford have been a pleasure! Regards Steve More
