Impressed with the experience I dropped by Autotown to check out a specific SUV that I had found online. I didn't make an appointment and the guys were totally cool with it. Marc showed me the SUV that I wanted and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable on the make/model of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions, which I totally expect from a "car guy" - but he didn't try to persuade or pressure me into anything. I compared vehicles online for weeks before settling on the one that I wanted and Autotown had the best price hands-down. There was one thing which I didn't like, which was when I had to deal with their one finance guy - I believe his name was Carey (I probably didn't spell that right and he's not listed below). I made it pretty clear from the beginning that I wanted to pay cash for my vehicle and when I met with him to get the numbers I felt that he pushed a bit hard on going with financing. If you're already going that route then he'd be great. When I did go back with my cheque I dealt with Chris and he was fantastic, he didn't even mention the word "financing" which I very much appreciated. I dealt with Marcos on the final details, he was friendly and helpful, their service guy was friendly, receptionist was nice when I went in and was clueless on where to go, and I didn't talk to Rodrigo but that dude smiled at everyone so I'm pretty sure he's friendly too :D Overall a great experience and I've already recommended these guys to everyone who has asked. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready for my next vehicle! Thanks guys (and gal) !! More

We found him very pleasant, not pushy, and wil I recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes ML350. Dealing with Rodrigo was a pleasure from start to finish. We found him very pleasant, not pushy, and willing to go that extra mile... that included making sure I was comfortable with my purchase until I drove the vehicle off the lot. This dealership sells a variety of different vehicles made by different manufacturers, Rodrigo's knowledge of my particular vehicle helped me a great deal. I also dealt with Andres Ulrich, and that was also a pleasure - again, not pushy - and wanted to assist in finding the right vehicle for me. He answered all my questions very frankly, and did not beat around the bush, and that was truly appreciated. Rodrigo & Andres' involvement did not end the day I drove off the lot, the was a small matter that came up the next day (nothing to do with the vehicles performance), and the "after sales" support from both these individuals was superb. As for Chris, his input was valuable as well when considering a warranty. I would have no problem sending a friend to see Rodrigo or Andres for potential vehicle purchases. More
