Quick & Easy I recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Autotown. I had never heard of this dealership before but found the vehicle online while searching for an SUV. I recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Autotown. I had never heard of this dealership before but found the vehicle online while searching for an SUV. The attractive price of the vehicle is what brought me in for a test drive. The team at Autotown was very responsive to my inquiries and easy to work with. Susie was kind and stayed late to accomodate my work schedule. She is quite new to vehicle sales but when she gains more product knowledge and confidence I can tell she will grow into her role and be successful. For any specific questions that she could not handle, Chris was more than accommodating in providing assistance. Dawn in Finance is a beauty. Friendly attitude and motivated to work hard for both her personal interests and on behalf of the client. She was able to secure a pretty good interest rate for me after tendering the application to several financial institutions. It was quick & easy. As is any used-vehicle dealership, there are a plethora of options and add-ons available at time of purchase. The MKX I purchased still had almost 18 months and 45,000km of new vehicle powertrain warranty, so I opted to forgo any additional coverage. This is a decision you will need to make based upon your personal comfort level. For me, I work with aerospace mechanics so I have lots of buddies to call to help with car repairs. The full-service extended warranty package offered from Autotown would run upwards of $6,000 for 5 years coverage. I know I can get a lot of repairs done for this amount of money, and coupled with the new vehicle warranty remaining, I didn't see reason to start laying out the cash right now. Dawn and Chris will push for the extended warranties and vehicle protection coating applications, tire protection coatings, etc. so you will need to evaluate whether these are something you need, want, or don't want. The Average rating for Quality of Work: About two weeks after driving the vehicle the transfer case began leaking fluid. I notified Chris about this condition and he asked me to bring the vehicle in so their service department could look at it. The service center manager (forget his name) diagnosed the condition and advised that I would need to take it to Ford. After taking the vehicle to Ford (investigation covered under powertrain warranty), it is still inconclusive what the problem is. A customer report has been opened with Ford and I've been told to monitor the condition and if it re-emerges they will need to change the PTU as the seals still look good. It's been a couple days now and no re-emergence of the condition yet. The second issue with the MKX was that the passenger side high-beam went out about two days after taking the vehicle. Not a big deal, 20 bucks for a new bulb, and a quick fix. For the price I paid for this vehicle I don't blame the team at Autotown for these conditions; it's a used vehicle, and their business is to move lots of inventory - used vehicles can be a gamble. Overall, I am pleased with my vehicle. It looks sharp and handles great. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Susie, Chris, and Dawn. More

They were extremely patient with her questions, financing and delivered a 323 that she is extremely proud of! The bonus? They also delivered on the other things as well. They were professional, not pushy, honest and helpful throughout the entire process. All I had to do was show up and sign. They offered to stay way past closing time to finish the deal before we left the country on a 2 week holiday. They saved the car for us until our return without any issues of deposits or anything silly like that! They are now working with our son to get him his first car! I am sure we may send our other children to them as well! We will certainly return more than once to Marc Boulanger and the entire team at AutoTown! More
