This was my first time buying a car and so I wasn't sure what to expect and was afraid o I purchased a 2014 Scion FRS from Riley about a year ago now. This was my first time buying a car and so I wasn't sure what to expect and was afraid of being pressured into a purchase. Riley was very good about showing me the different vehicles and recommending others we could test drive. Andres was helpful with the finer details. He has clearly been involved in the industry a long time and was knowledgeable about both the cars and the process. Then when I finally decided on the Scion, Cary was equally pleasant and patient with me as he explained the process for financing the vehicle and the different options available to me. I remember it was his birthday and it was very late and I'm sure he just wanted to be home with his family but I didn't feel rushed by him or anything. (so Cheers Cary to another year, Happy Birthday) To summarize, it was my first car purchase and despite feeling uncomfortably uneducated to make such a decision I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were all patient, knowledgeable, transparent and genuinely happy to be a part of my experience. As mentioned I bought the car almost a year ago and I've had no problems with it. So I'd highly recommend checking out Autotown on Regent. More

I have had nothing but issues Their company is full of xxxx they dont give good customer service they sell lemons for cars and when you try to get ahold of them to let them know yo Their company is full of xxxx they dont give good customer service they sell lemons for cars and when you try to get ahold of them to let them know you are having your car towed to them again for the 8 time in less than 2 years they send to to a dead line without even an answering machine.
