A mans wallet is much more important that the man The only positive thing about the dealership was the sales Lady MJ Ventura and a few of her fellow sales people. Trying to deal with upper management was next to impossible. Ok fine special price for financing but no room on anything else . Stuff not very expensive ex a 18 dollar receiver for the truck so a guy could pull a trailer. A spare set of keys like really charging someone for a key cutting or a blank in very poor taste.His cost for everything maybe 75.00 that would have gone a long way in helping promote his dealer ship. How could you even think about selling a car or truck without two keys yet charging someone to have it done .The only reason I went through with the deal is because the truck was exactly as I would have ordered it from a dealer. It was there for quite a while so sad that a little extra would have gone so much father with me and my dealer review. I have already removed the Autotown license plate holders and will remove the sticker off the back when the weather warms up. A happy customer tells about ten people. A unhappy customer tells dozens of potential car and truck buying people. The only thing the managment was interested in was my wallet with a take it or leave it attitude. Next time I will leave it. Everyone was pleasant and helpful which made us very comfortable in choosing the vehicle that we wanted. A week after we came back for service, left the truck during the night and picked it up the following night and no questions were asked but Chris, the manager said something thou “ Here’s your key and if you think something is not right just give me or MJ a call so we can fix it.” Thanks Autotown. Me and my daughter are in a competition mode of who’s going to drive this LR2. So far the vehicle is excellent for the price. For sure, I will recommend Autotown to my friends. More
