I was promised a bumper-to-bumper warranty up to 60,000km, which was a key factor in my decision to purchase such a high-performance vehicle. Imagine my shock when I took the truck to Ford for service and inspection within 1 month of purchase only to discover leaking shocks and a complete lack of the specialized maintenance this vehicle requires. Ford refused to honor any warranty claims, stating the VIN number identifies the truck as a regular Ford, not a Shelby. To add insult to injury, the warranty isn't even transferable beyond the original owner! When I confronted Automaxx about these issues, they met me with a barrage of lies and blatant disrespect. They fabricated stories to avoid covering any service costs and even resorted to yelling and swearing within earshot, clearly unconcerned with my presence or complaint. Their entire demeanor demonstrated a complete disregard for me as a customer, a stark contrast to the charming facade they put on during the sale. Automaxx's business practices are deplorable. They lure you in with false promises and then treat you like garbage once the deal is done. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to steer clear. This level of dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, and I will be reporting their unethical conduct to the appropriate authorities. More
